Account: your email address, and any display name, photo, city and short bio you add.

Content: the listings you post (title, description, photos, price, location) and the messages you send other users.

Technical: basic device and usage data (such as IP address and browser) needed to run and secure the service, plus a small cookie that remembers your language and keeps you signed in.

To publish your listings and let buyers and sellers message each other.

To operate, protect and improve the service and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Your public profile (display name, photo, city) and your active listings are visible to anyone.

Your email address is never shown publicly. Messages are visible only to you and the other participant in the conversation.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and run StallBay (for example our database and authentication provider, Supabase) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit your profile at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Data is protected with row-level access controls and encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix issues quickly.

StallBay is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the updated policy.
