You must be at least 18 to use StallBay. Keep your account details accurate and your access secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

You may only list items and services you have the right to offer, and only those that are legal. Prohibited items (including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and anything illegal under Thai law) are not allowed.

You keep ownership of your content but grant StallBay permission to display it within the service.

StallBay only helps buyers and sellers find and contact each other. We are not a party to any deal, we do not handle payments or escrow, and we do not guarantee any listing, user, item or transaction.

Arrange deals carefully: meet in a safe public place, inspect items before paying, and use your own judgement.

Posting and browsing are free at launch. If we introduce paid features we will make that clear beforehand.

Do not use StallBay to spam, scam, harass, infringe others’ rights, scrape data, or break the law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

StallBay is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for dealings between users or for losses arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
